In a ritzy neighborhood of Miramar, you could miss this understated restaurant that exudes exclusiveness the minute you walk through the gates, through the front door, and out into the small backyard patio. Eggplant is layered like a mille feuille with thick-cut tomatoes and melted cheese in a tomato cream sauce. It’s unusually light, all things considered. Not so light but totally worth ordering is the Habanera beef picadillo, which brings to mind an upscale sloppy joe or bolognese, the meat sweet and primed with garlic. To drink, refreshing daquiris are above average. Calle 16 # 506, Entre 7ma y 5ta. Playa, +(53)72029941
