The story goes that Ernest Hemingway liked to sit at the corner table overlooking the bay off the northern coastline of Cuba and drink an oversized daiquiri. Not a bad idea, really. Sun streams in through the open-windows of this tourist hotspot, while musicians roam the restaurant strumming traditional Cuban music. Being in the fishing village of Cojimar, the restaurant pushes mostly seafood. Keep it simple with a fresh fish filet crisped in a pan and garnished with a squirt of lime, and sip on a glass of mango juice. Calle Real No. 161 esquina a Candelaria, Cojímar (+53)7763 – 9486
